Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for choosing Dolomite. Since 1897, we have been committed to providing you with high-quality outdoor footwear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide return and exchange support.

1. Return Application Period

Regular Items: You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.

Quality Issues: If the item has a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service immediately after discovering the problem. We will handle it according to the national "Three Guarantees" policy and the brand's global warranty terms.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that the item meets the following "resaleable" standards:

Undamaged: The item must be in its original condition, without wear, stains, or washing marks.

Complete Packaging: The original shoebox or packaging bag must be retained. Do not attach the shipping label directly to the original shoebox; please use an outer packaging box.

Complete Tags: All original labels, instructions, and anti-counterfeiting marks must be intact and in their original positions.

Complete Accessories: Includes any spare shoelaces, insoles, or gifts.

Special Reminder: Due to the special nature of outdoor footwear, please try on the shoes on a clean indoor surface. If the soles show obvious signs of outdoor wear, returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Process
Submit Application: Log in to your personal account on the official website or contact the official customer service center to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RA Number).

Fill out Form: Please attach a completed Return Confirmation Form with your order, stating the reason for the return.

Send Back Goods: Send the package to the designated return center using a guaranteed logistics method.

Review and Warehousing: We will complete quality inspection within 3-5 business days after receiving the package.

4. Refund Policy
Once the quality inspection is passed, the refund will be returned through the original payment channel.

The refund amount will be the actual price of the goods paid (excluding initial shipping costs, unless the return is due to product quality issues).

Bank processing of refunds typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment institution.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Items beyond the 30-day return period.

Damage caused by improper use, improper care (such as leather cracking due to high-temperature baking), or human-caused damage.

Items explicitly stated as non-returnable in the Final Sale.
