Since 1897, Dolomite has been dedicated to accompanying explorers in conquering every mountain. To make upgrading your gear easier, we now offer a dedicated free shipping service for all orders.
1. Free Shipping Service
We understand the urgency of every expedition. Therefore, Dolomite has decided to cover your logistics costs:
Scope of Application: All standard orders within the EU.
Service Content: Free standard courier service regardless of order amount.
Limited-Time Offer: This free shipping policy applies to all outdoor footwear, apparel, and accessories purchased online.
2. Order Processing and Delivery Time
Shipping Time: Orders will be shipped from our distribution center within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated Arrival:
Standard City Areas: 5-7 business days after shipment.
Remote or Mountainous Areas: 7-10 business days after shipment.
Note: Delivery times may be slightly delayed due to extreme weather or peak shipping periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas). Thank you for your understanding.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves the warehouse, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track the package at any time through our partners.
4. Delivery Details and Risks
Delivery Method: The package will be delivered to the detailed address you provided when placing your order.
Signature Requirements: To ensure the safety of high-value outdoor gear, we recommend that you sign for the package yourself. If you choose to leave the package at a collection point or at your door, the customer will bear the associated risks.
Address Modification: Once the order enters the "Shipping" status, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please carefully check the address when placing your order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Although we have extremely strict packaging procedures, if you receive a damaged package:
Please take photos as evidence upon signing for the package and contact our customer service team within 48 hours.
For damaged or incorrectly shipped items, we offer free returns and exchanges to ensure your exploration is not affected.
6. Regarding International Duties (International Orders - Optional)
If the delivery address is located outside the EU, any import duties or clearance fees incurred will be borne by the customer in accordance with local laws.
